QUINARA · WORDING GUIDE

Quinceañera invitation wording that answers the real questions.

A guest should know who is celebrating, where to go, when to arrive and how to reply. Start with those details, then add the traditions that matter to your family.

A warm opening

With grateful hearts, our family invites you to celebrate Isabella’s quinceañera. Join us for an evening of music, memories and the people we love.

Follow the opening with the date, event time and time zone, venue and full address. If the ceremony and reception are in different places, list each separately with its arrival time.

Including parents and padrinos

Together with her parents, Elena and Rafael, and with the loving support of her padrinos, Isabella invites you to celebrate her quince años.

Ask each person how they want their name displayed. You can place a longer padrino list in its own section instead of squeezing names into the opening. Family structures differ; “with her family” is a complete and welcoming choice.

Reserved-seat RSVP wording

We have reserved four seats for the López family. Please confirm the names of those attending using your family’s invitation link. If your plans change, you can update the same reply.

Be direct about the number of seats. Avoid “and guests” if the household has a fixed limit. In the invitation studio, create one private link per household; the form enforces the seat limit. Add your chosen response deadline in the message. This version does not automatically lock replies after that date or send reminders.

A concise Spanish version

Con mucha ilusión, Isabella y su familia te invitan a celebrar sus quince años. Hemos reservado cuatro lugares para la familia López. Confirma los nombres de quienes asistirán en el enlace de tu familia.
